Early voting under way in school board race
Early voting is under way in the only contested North Little Rock school board election for the Zone 5 seat currently held by North Little Rock banker Scott Teague. An existing 40.9 mill tax rate is also on the ballot although the district is not seeking an increase but to maintain the current level.
